IgorA Connect helps individuals, entrepreneurs, project leaders and organizations turn their goals into a personalized roadmap, with the right resources, experts and next action.
It is built on the field experience of IgorA Initiative, a French nonprofit empowering women, youth and entrepreneurs across Europe and the MENA region since 2024.
Our Story
From a simple observation to a global vision.
IgorA was born from a simple observation: talent is everywhere, but access to guidance, networks and opportunities is not.
Since May 2024, IgorA Initiative has designed and delivered programs in AI and digital skills, entrepreneurship, leadership and international mobility, including several Erasmus+ projects with partners across Europe.
Working with more than a thousand participants, we saw the same need again and again: people know where they want to go, but not how to get there. IgorA Connect is our answer. It brings our methodology, network and expertise together in one intelligent platform.
Today, IgorA Connect is live in beta with pilot users. Since 14 September 2026, it has been incubated at Le Pergo.
Meet the Founder
Nadine Naffaa
Founder of IgorA Connect · President & Founder of IgorA Initiative
Nadine is a strategy and innovation consultant specializing in AI transformation, innovation management (ISO 56001), quality management (ISO 9001), ESG and capacity building. She has spent her career connecting entrepreneurs, institutions and international partners to create sustainable impact.
In May 2024, she founded IgorA Initiative to open pathways to skills, leadership and opportunity for women, youth and entrepreneurs. She now leads the development of IgorA Connect to bring this mission to scale through AI.
